THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3974 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to relax the condition imposed by the IX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Prasanthnagar vide order dated 15.03.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.152 of 2019 in Cr.No.22 of 2019, directing the petitioner to appear before the SHO concerned on every 3rd Saturday between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM, till filing of the charge sheet.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and since the entire investigation is completed, it would be appropriate to modify the aforesaid condition directing the petitioner/accused to appear before the Station House Officer concerned on 3rd Saturday of every alternate three months commencing from the month of August, 2019.

With the aforesaid modification, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
