JUDGMENT:

This appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 29.06.2011, in O.S.No.10 of 2004 on the file of learned III Additional District Judge, Karimnagar.

At the hearing, Sri V.Satyam Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, submitted that as the parties have compromised in connected appeals - A.S.Nos.297 and 680 of 2011, the appellants are not interested in pursuing this appeal.
