THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NOs.13407 AND 13431 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER:

The case of the petitioners in these two Writ Petitions is that they are the owners of commercial space in sixth floor marked as Unit No.6 and 4B of R & R Corporate Avenue having built up area of 2113 square feet and 3290 square feet including 3 cars parking area along with undivided shares 49 square yards and 77 square yards of land out of 1197.2 square yards on plot Nos.1367, 1368, 1369 and 1370 situated in Survey No.11/7 part of Survey No.11, Khanammet Village forming part of the layout plan approved by Kondapur Gram Panchayat, Ranga Reddy District purchased vide sale deeds dated 30.03.2013 and 28.03.2013 respectively. They purchased the above property from M/s. R & R Infratech (India) Private Limited and one Smt. T.

Aruna Devi on whose name the present power supply and meter exist and after purchase, they made applications for transfer of their names by deleting the name of previous owner. Since the earlier owner got power connection after obtaining orders from this Court in W.P.No.6799 of 2018 on 13.07.2018, the respondents refused to receive the applications and asked the petitioners to obtain orders from this Court. Aggrieved by the same both these Writ Petitions are filed. Heard Sri Harikishan Kudikala, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for R-1 to R-4.

Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, submits that the petitioners can file applications for transfer of service connections in their names before the competent authority afresh

and the competent authority would consider the said applications in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file applications afresh for transfer of service connections in their names before the competent authority and the competent authority is directed to receive the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
