THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY PETITION No. 67 of 2013 ORDER:

This Company Petition is filed by the petitioners under Sections 433(f) read with Section 439(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 1956, for winding up of the Respondent Company on the ground that it failed to repay the debts.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and he has been instructed not to press the Company Petition.

Recording the above said submission and as the Company Petition is not yet admitted, this Company Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
