THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10740 OF 2015 ORDER :

It is stated by Sri Posani Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court today in W.P.No.10633 of 2015 and the same is not disputed by Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2.

In view of the same, and for the reasons alike in the orders in W.P.No.10633 of 2015, this writ petition is disposed of enabling the petitioner to file explanation to the impugned show-cause notice dated 31.03.2015 within a period of two (2) weeks from today and thereafter, the 2nd respondent shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. Till then, status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained. If petitioner does not file explanation within aforesaid period, it is open for the concerned authority to proceed further in the matter.
