HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 11288 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Industries for respondent No.1 and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondent No.2. It is stated by the counsel on both sides that the issue in this writ petition is covered by order dated 09.12.2015 in W.P.No.39888 of 2015.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider for release of the seized vehicles. Since the petitioners have already submitted their respective applications to the said respondent, he is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 08.01.2015 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.5, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 19.02.2015 for release of the seized vehicles within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
