The grievance of the petitioner is that Crl.M.P.No.463 of 2014 filed by him is pending since long without being disposed of and hence a direction may be given to the trial Court to dispose of the same in the interests of justice.

Considering the prayer, this Criminal Petition is allowed and learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar is directed to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.463 of 2014 on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
