Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The 1st Petitioner is Company and petitioners 2 and 3 are partners of first petitioner who have developed 333 Square yards in Sy.No.58/1/3 part, Plot No.53, under Ward -8, Block-7, Krishna Nagar Colony of Karmanghat Village, Saroornagar Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having obtained agreement of sale-cum-GPA. After development, they intend to sell portion of the said property and a deed of conveyance was drafted and presented before the registering authority along with stamp duty paid through challan enclosed as Ex.P.2. Petitioners allege that the document is not received and processed by the registering authority.

Since petitioners have already paid the challan, the SubRegistrar, L.B.Nagar-4th respondent is directed to receive the document and process the same for registration. If the document fulfils all the requirements for registration, he shall register the same. If the registering authority is not accepting registration of document, he shall assign reasons in support of his decision and communicate the same to the petitioners within two weeks from the date of presentation of the document.
