O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of respondents - police authorities, in not registering the complaint of the petitioner stated to have been made on 13.04.2019, and in conducting investigation, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Saroornagar West Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate dated 5.7.201, stating that they have verified the records and found that petitioner has not given any complaint as stated by him and that if the petitioner approaches the police and gives complaint, they will take action in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be given liberty to file fresh complaint.

In view of the above submissions, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to file fresh complaint and on receipt of such complaint, the respondent - police, shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
