THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22971 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in preparing the merit list dated 29.07.2013 without showing/admitting the petitioner in the first year MBBS course under management C1 category seats for the academic year 2013-2014 even though the petitioner secured 93% and stood in third position among the applied candidates.

It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University that, in view of the subsequent developments, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. The same is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
