Learned counsel appearing for petitioner filed a Memo dated 7.3.2017, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to agitate its case afresh in the event of there being any necessity.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is given as sought. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall also stand closed.
