THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE Nos.909 and 910 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

These Contempt Cases are filed alleging non-compliance of common order, dated 05.10.2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.32423 and 32440 of 2017.

By the aforesaid order, this Court disposed of the said Writ Petitions in terms of the order, dated 31.07.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.23083 of 2015, in which, this Court directed the first respondent therein to consider the application of the petitioner therein and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Learned counsel for the respondent places on record a copy of letter bearing F.No.01/94/180/72/AM18/PC-4/17, dated 04.04.2018 and submits that pursuant to the aforesaid common order of this Court, the respondent disposed of the applications of the petitioner vide letter, dated 04.04.2018. Inasmuch as there is compliance of the common order of this Court, these Contempt Cases are closed. If the petitioner is

aggrieved of the letter, dated 04.04.2018, he may challenge the same in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand dismissed.
