Heard learned counsel for the appellant. Perused the record and the award dated 11.12.2021 passed by the Lok Adalat.

This matter was referred to Lok Adalat convened by the High Court Legal Services Committee and as per the award dated 11.12.2021, the appeal was dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Accordingly, in terms of the award dated 11.12.2021, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn confirming the order and decree dated 10.06.2016 in M.V.O.P.No.1043 of 2009 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-XIV Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Courts, Hyderabad. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
