HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.957 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard, before admission, the counsel for the petitioner and also the learned public prosecutor, while setting aside the dismissal order, the lower court is directed, subject to his appearance take him to custody and by imposing penalty of Rs.3,000/- on his earlier bond and obtain fresh bond from him and also affidavit of the existing sureties of their solvency hold good and release him therefrom.
