SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.15757 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.265 of 2012 of II Town Police Station, Vizianagaram District, registered for the offences under Sections 379, 420 IPC and under Section 66-C of Information Technology Act, 2000, against the petitioner/accused. 2.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, reports that the final report was filed stating that the case was filed as 'mistake of fact' and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. Copy of final report is also filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
