Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2. Heard Sri K.Bheema Rao and Sri Rajanikanth Jwala, learned counsel for petitioners and Smt.Pushpinder Kaur, Sri Pasham Srinivasulu and Sri Venkateshwarlu Gummadavelly, learned standing counsel for Employees State Insurance Corporation.

3. Learned standing counsel appearing for Employees State Insurance Corporation submitted that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P No.6363 of 2009 and batch dated 6-10-2015, wherein the batch of writ petitions were dismissed upholding G.O.Ms.No. 582 Labour, Employment, Training and Factories Department dated 14.10.2008. Learned

counsel appearing for petitioners not denied the same.

4. Having regard to the above representation, these writ petitions are dismissed in terms of orders passed by this Court in W.P. No. 6363 of 2009 and batch dated 6.10.2015. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
