HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11272 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that he filed review on 24.09.2017 before the 2nd respondent against the punishment imposed on him by the 3rd respondent in the proceedings dated 09.05.2016. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.V.Ramana, learned Standing Counsel for respondent corporation. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the review petition filed by the petitioner dated 24.09.2017, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
