Learned counsel for the petitioners Sri Sharad Sanghi submits that he has instructions to withdraw the Writ Petition, however, with liberty to approach the Court in future in the event of there being any prejudice to the petitioners and their rights. Sri K. Surender, learned Standing Counsel for CBI submits that he has no objection for the said request. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
