In view of the memo dated 22.03.2016 filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the alternative remedy, permission for withdrawal is accorded with the liberty as prayed for. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
