This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking a direction to the court of Family Court VII-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy for recording the evidence of the petitioners through video-conferencing in S.C. No.166 of 2017. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for respondents and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3.

In view of the orders passed by this court today in connected Transfer Crl.P.No.146 of 2017, giving certain directions to the Police to give security to the petitioners to enable them to give evidence in the Sessions Court at Sangareddy in S.C. No.166 of 2017, no orders are required to be passed in this case. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
