THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO TRANSFER C.M.P.NO.201 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Transfer C.M.P. is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of O.P.No.33 of 2017 on the file of the Family Judge at Secunderabad to the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla.

Though notice has been ordered and has been served on the respondent, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent. Since the case is pending on the file of the Family Court, Secuncderabad, it can only be transferred to the Family Court at Karimnagar District but it cannot be transferred to a Court subordinate to the said Court such as Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla. Therefore, the Transfer C.M.P. is allowed and O.P.No.33 of 2017 is transferred from the Court of the Family Judge, Secunderabad to the Family Court, Karimnagar District.

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
