The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.289 of 1997 on the file of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed seeking expeditious disposal of an interlocutory application in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
