THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11269 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.1132 of 2015 in S.C.No.126 of 2010 on the file of the V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of the similar type of criminal petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
