This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 05.2.2016 passed in I.A.No.712 of 2015 in O.S.No.507 of 2015 on the file of the Court of XIII Additional Chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

As per the office note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 13.12.2016. In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of revision petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
