THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.878 OF 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had contended that the State Government has considered the case of the petitioner in terms of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.5512 of 2019, dated 18.03.2019, and issued a memo dated 23.11.2019 to the effect that as and when vacancy in non focal post arises in and around Hyderabad city, the case of the petitioner would be considered. In view of the orders passed by the State Government vide memo dated 23.11.2019, this Court is of the view that the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.5512 of 2019, dated 18.03.2019, have been complied with. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is always open for him to challenge the memo dated 23.11.2019 in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
