O R D E R:- The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that even though she made a representation dated 30.05.2016 requesting the 2nd respondent - District Collector to pay compensation and provide rehabilitation and resettlement benefits for her house and site admeasuring Ac.0.03 cents with Gram Panchayat Assessment No.2485 bearing H.No.
18-195 situated at Ramaiahpet Colony, Polavaram Revenue village, Gram Panchayat and Mandal, West Godavari District, her representation has not been considered so far.
Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record.
Keeping in view the averments made in the writ affidavit and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed with the a direction to Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to consider the representation dated 30.05.2016 said to have been made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from
the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the action or inaction of the respondents, she may approach appropriate forum. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
