THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE K.SUJANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.487O of 2023 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to I quash the proceedings pending against the petitioner/A4 in FIR No.37 of 2O23, dated 12.04.2023 on the file of Police Station Danthalapally, Mahabubabad District registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 354A and 5O4 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.
Heard Sri J.Venudhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No. l-State and Sri Sunkara Kalyan Dileep for respondent No.2. Perused the record.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in Cr.No.37 ot 2023 of Police Station Danthalapally is completed and charge sheet is filed and a case is registered vide C.C.No.592 of 2023 on the hle of J.F.C.M., Thorrur and hence, the cause does not survive and therefore, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

In the light of the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move a fresh petition in case the cause survives.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
