HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM APPEAL SUIT No.523 OF 2018 ORDER:

Sri Mahipathy Rao, learned counsel for the appellants, on instructions of the appellants, addressed a letter dated 26.07.2019 to the Registry requesting to list the matter 'for withdrawal' stating that the matter has been settled out of Court between the parties at the intervention of their family members and village elders. Recording the same, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid letter dated 26.07.2019 shall form part of the record. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, in the appeal suit stand closed.
