THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.4242 OF 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not paying the compensation required to be paid under Section 15 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act 1973 (for short 'the Act') for the lands surrendered and value of the trees in C.C. No.975 and 204/TRV/75 as illegal and arbitrary, consequently direct the respondents to enquire into the matter and to pay compensation and the value of the trees. During hearing, Sri D.Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) submits that the petitioners were paid compensation in C.C. No.975 and 204/TRV/75 and filed proof of the same.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.), the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
