HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4234 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.281 of 2017 of Yerraguntla Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 & 474 IPC. Having regard to the fact that investigation is under way and also prima facie accusation is made against the petitioner/accused, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. Hence, the Investigating Officer shall proceed with the investigation. However, the Investigating Officer shall not arrest the petitioner/accused during the course of investigation. The petitioner/accused shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.
