When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the 2nd petitioner, who is the Managing Partner of the 1st petitioner, expired and no legal representatives were brought on record to contest the matter. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that since the 2nd petitioner, who is the Managing Partner of the 1st petitioner, expired and no legal representatives were brought on record, the writ petition stands abated. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
