The complaint in the present writ petition is that despite submitting number of representations by the petitioners against the managing committee, no action has been taken by the respondents so far.

It is submitted by learned Standing Counsel for respondents that if the petitioners herein come forward with a representation afresh under the provisions of Sections 70 and 71 of the Wakf Act and the Rules framed thereunder, the same will be considered and appropriate action be taken, in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that his clients are ready to make representation. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioners to submit representation/complaint to the respondents as per the above said provisions of law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such representation/complaint is made by the petitioners the respondents shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of submitting the said representation/complaint, after giving notice and opportunity

of hearing heard to all the stake-holders. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
