THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CONTEMPT CASE No.832 OF 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners filed a letter, dated 15.07.2019, before the Registry stating that the order of this Court, which is the subject matter of the contempt petition, has been complied with and, therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in the contempt case and a request was also made to post the matter under the caption, 'for withdrawal'. 2.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption, 'For Withdrawal'.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the contempt case.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

5.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
