Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for the 1st respondent and Sri Chatla Madhu, Standing Counsel for respondents 2 & 3.

The petitioner has made an application for building permission on 21.02.2018 and alleges that no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent on the said application. Sri Chatla Madhu, Standing Counsel has produced before me proceedings dated 24.03.2018 of the 2nd respondent mentioning the shortfall in the application made by the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will submit all the documents referred to in the said shortfall letter, but denies that the subject land where the petitioner's plot is located falls in the F.T.L. of any water body.

Therefore, the petitioner is granted two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to submit the documents referred to in the proceedings, dated 24.03.2018, issued by the 2nd respondent and the 3rd respondent is directed to consider petitioner's building application in accordance with law, within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the said documents by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
