Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has sought renewal of saw-mill licence issued to the petitioner earlier to the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and that they have not taken any action thereon. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that the petitioner has to make application to 5th respondent committee which will consider the same and then recommend to the respondent Nos.1 to 4 whether or not to renew the licence to petitioner's saw-mill.

In view of the said submission, petitioner is permitted to make application to 5th respondent within two weeks from today for renewal of the saw-mill licence granted to the petitioner earlier, and within ten weeks of receipt of petitioner's application, the 5th respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and communicate its decision to the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
