THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.174 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw M.O.P.No.48 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Sompeta and transfer the same to the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, at Srikakulam. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of similar type of application before appropriate forum.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of similar type of application. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
