Common Order :

Writ Petition No.40414 of 2012 is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, in determining and approving Fuel Surcharge Adjustment (FSA) for the Financial Year 2010- 2011 and 2011-2012 and for the 1st quarter of Financial year 2012-2013 pursuant to the order of respondent No.1, as illegal, contrary to Regulation No.1 of 2003 and in violation of the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Reforms Act, 1998, and Electricity Act, 2003. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to the respondents to set aside the same.

WPMP.No.41772 of 2015 is filed for permitting the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has also circulated letter, dated 30-09-2015, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has informed that his client has instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition. In view of the same, WPMP.No.41772 of 2015 is allowed and WP.No.40414 of 2012 is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WVMP.No.826 of 2013 is disposed of as infructuous.
