CVNR,J C.R.P.No.2390 of 2018 20.04.2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order, dated 07.02.2018, in I.A.No.112 of 2018 in O.S.No.154 of 2008 on the file of learned VII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Visakhapatnam 2.

After arguing the case, Mr.Virupaksha Dattatreya Gowda, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested for permission of this Court to withdraw the revision petition as the interests of their clients are protected by the following observations of the Court below in the order under revision.

"By recalling any of the witnesses further evidence if any after impleading D17 to D23 can be adduced by the plaintiff if necessary."

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners to seek appropriate relief before the Court below, if and when necessary, in terms of the observations made by it and reproduced hereinabove. 4.
