HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13626 OF 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges the notice in No.C/1598/2019, dated 08-04-2019 issued by the 4th respondent, wherein and whereby he was asked to remit the amount of Rs.1.00 lakh as per personal bond furnished by him in Cr.No.249 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was issued the impugned notice and he filed explanation on 10-05-2019. But without considering the same and without passing any orders, the respondents are harassing the petitioner by summoning him to the police station. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner, dated 10-05-2019, in pursuance to the impugned notice.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the explanation of the petitioner dated 10-05-2019 and after giving opportunity of

hearing to the petitioner, pass appropriate orders. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
