In this writ petition, petitioner challenged the proceedings of the 3rd respondent - District Educational Officer in Rc.No.A3/ KGBV/ 2017 dated 27-10-2017, in temporarily removing her from duties. Subsequently, the 3rd respondent, vide proceedings in Rc.No.A3/ KGBV/ 2017 dated 20.02.2018, terminated the petitioner from service, who was working as Special Officer in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya Society, Devarakonda. Assailing the proceedings dated 20.02.2018, petitioner filed another writ petition in W.P.No.14243 of 2018. Hence, the present writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
