Heard Mr.P.Nagendra Reddy for the petitioner. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the life span of an order passed under Section 145 of Cr.P.C, even assuming without admitting is one year. In the case on hand, the order was passed on 29.06.2015. Therefore, he submits that the prayer as made, with the efflux of time, does not survive for consideration.

The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
