This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in disconnecting the power supply of the petitioner's premises in Dr.No.15-9-186/ 1/ 1, Maharajagunj, Hyderabad, in Meter Number 28320486/ S.No.K1004722 as being illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned standing counsel for T.C.P.D.C.L., representing the respondents 1 to 4.

On 23.09.2016 this Court passed interim order directing the respondents 2 to 4 to restore power supply to the petitioner's house bearing Dr.No.15-9-186/ 1/ 1, Maharajagunj, Hyderabad, in Meter Number 28320486/ S.No.K1004722 forthwith.

At the time of hearing, both counsel with one voice submitted that in view of the orders passed by this Court on 23.09.2016 the respondents restored the power supply to the premises of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. 5.
