Siva Rama Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, having argued for some time, fairly stated that in the event this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the same reserving his liberties to approach the appropriate forum for relief in accordance with law.

Leave is accordingly granted.
