CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.6566 of 2006 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for assailing the concurrent orders of respondent Nos.3 and 2.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. We have carefully gone through the record.

Respondent No.3, finding that the postal department of the petitioner failed to deliver the demand drafts for Rs.10,000/- and Rs.94,800/- respectively sent by respondent No.1 through speed post, has awarded a meagre sum of Rs.4,000/- against the sum of Rs.34,100/- as compensation. Respondent No.2 has, therefore, rightly confirmed the said order by terming the said quantum as not being on a high side. As no jurisdictional issue is raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, the orders of respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not liable for interference.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 5.
