When the matter was listed on 16.08.2016, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. In fact, in the claim petition, the appellant sought compensation for the injuries said to have been sustained by him in a road accident, but the Tribunal, somehow, dismissed the claim petition itself, and challenging the same, the present appeal is preferred.
