Counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the subsequent event of issuance of G.O.Ms.No.224, dt.25.05.2015 canceling the no objection granted by the State Government, which has been challenged in WP.No.10519 of 2016, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication.

2. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
