THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.2210 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 001.02.2018 passed in I.A.No.220 of 2017 in O.S.No.139 of 2008 on the file of Junior Civil Judge Court, Jadcherla, dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner seeking to recall D.Ws.1 and 2 for crossexamination. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties and perused the material on record.

Today, this Court passed elaborate order allowing the C.R.P.No.2201 of 2018 which was filed assailing the order passed in I.A.No.221 of 2017 in O.S.No.139 of 2008 to reopen the suit for cross-examination of D.Ws.1 and 2. 4.

In view of the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.2201 of 2018, there is no need to pass separate elaborate order in this revision petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
