No. 11306 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed seeking to set aside the order dated 02.12.2013 in C.C.No. 63 of 2013 passed by the A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad. Keeping in view the judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in the case of Nivedita Sharma v. Cellular Operators Association of India and Others1, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the impugned order before the National Commission as per law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
