THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.11210 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the suspension orders and, during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated into service. Learned counsel further submits that the other aspects in respect of payment of salary and allowances are concerned, the same have not been extended to the petitioner.

In view of the above submissions, the cause in the writ petition does not survive as the petitioner was reinstated into service. However, it is always open to the petitioner to agitate before appropriate Forum about the other aspects, as the same constitute different cause of action. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
