SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI Criminal Petition No.10955 of 2011 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the FIR No.161 of 2011 on the file of IV Town Police Station, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District. The offences alleged are under Sections 306, 511, 506 and 509 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused material placed on record. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the case was underwent trial and ended in acquittal by virtue of the judgment dated 06.07.2017 passed in C.C.No.25 of 2016 by the V Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Nellore. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed.

Recording the above, this criminal petition is closed as no further orders are required. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
